So I was torn between giving a one star review or not, but in my opinion, either service that you receive from a business is either very good, which is five star or it’s not good which is a one star. My first and probably only experience with this auto shop was not a good one. We had brought our car in initially on a Tuesday and got it back the following Wednesday, so they had it for over a week. I went in for a tire and got all of my tires replaced for what the price of just two would have been anywhere else. They are fast. Super friendly. Competitive. Clean. Honest. And the warranty is unbelievable as well. Go to them first and you won’t be wasting your time with other places that over charge and make you wait forever. -Larry D.
We had a brake issue with out son's F250. I walked in to talk with David on a Monday morning and to see if I had our son's truck delivered to them if they could work on it. He assured me that they would handle it. I had his truck towed in on Tuesday evening. I called them Wednesday morning and they were already checking it out. Mitch was my point of contact at Same Day Auto Repair and I have to say, I have never been treated more respectful than at this shop. They thoroughly checked my vehicle and quickly provided me with a very detailed and itemized breakdown of the repairs needed. They worked with me in whatever my needs were. Communications and customer service at this shop were top notch!! Highly recommended.
These people are absolutely amazing!! My day started out with a errand, then trip to Same Day. My car died in the drive through lane, so I had to have it towed. There was a misstep beyond my or the shops control, so they didn't have the car until August 27. Despite the snafu, they managed to fix everything that I went in for plus some additional issues stemming from the needed repair. And they shuttled me back and forth between the shop and home.
