Did an oil change and tire rotation, was able to set an appointment online and get right in at a time that worked for my crazy schedule. Thanks guys, during the tire rotation they gave me a heads up and showed me the tires where my tires where showing wear. Saved me from taking that vehicle out of town on a road trip we were planning without getting tires on it. They told me the options they had for me. No high pressure sales pitch, just facts about what my truck needed. Thanks again for the honest inspection.
Kaleb the service writer was very courteous and helpful. They got me in quickly and diagnosed my problem. Before I had the problem fixed he called me back to inform me that the technician Alek had looked at one other item and it was something I missed during a repair that was the problem. They could have stuck with their story and tagged me for almost a grand but their honesty cost me half of that. I appreciate the honesty and the speedy repairs. I will be going back.
Same Day in Owasso is an honest shop. I brought them a somewhat niche aftermarket install. After looking at it, they decided it wasn't something they were comfortable doing. Instead of charging me money and hacking away at my car, they called and let me know. Even better, they actually addressed my issue in a more conventional way that was just as effective. Highly recommend this place. Ask for Scott.
We needed some major work on our Chevy. Leak issues that hadn't been fixed well before, some maintenance, new front tires. Same Day Auto and Mitch were very helpful, they advised us in advance that certain repairs would be costly. We accepted their bid because the repairs were necessary in the long run. Paid $180 before purchasing a used car for a multi-point inspection. Everything came back pretty good, and I proceeded with the purchase (in January). After purchasing I realized the driver side AC didn’t work. I brought it back to them- $80 part, $1600 in labor to fix it.
