So I was torn between giving a one star review or not, but in my opinion, either service that you receive from a business is either very good, which is five star or it’s not good which is a one star. My first and probably only experience with this auto shop was not a good one. We had brought our car in initially on a Tuesday and got it back the following Wednesday, so they had it for over a week. Took both my vehicles in to be serviced and they did a great job. Mitch the service advisor made sure I understood what all needed to be done, why, and had awesome communication throughout the process and the turnaround time was on point. Very pleased with the outcome!
Brought my Mini Clubman in for a tire replacement and the team did a SUPER FAST job!! Very efficient and friendly. I deducted one star because I asked for my other tires to have the pressure check and top off with air because of season change and pressure loss as a result of cold weather, but they neglected to do so. The tech told me they checked them but they were well within range. Nope, supposed to be 35psi but only 28-30 depending on the tire. I went in for a tire and got all of my tires replaced for what the price of just two would have been anywhere else. They are fast. Super friendly. Competitive. Clean. Honest. And the warranty is unbelievable as well. Go to them first and you won’t be wasting your time with other places that over charge and make you wait forever. -Larry D.
Had air conditioning and alignment done and they did a great job. They found the ac leak, replaced the parts and added coolant to my 2004 Thunderbird. Had work done at RC Specialist in Tulsa. That was outrageous costs on everything they did. Same day auto repair tire pros are my go to guys from now on. Five star guys.
