Great new shop in Owasso to get all your cars needs taken care of. Dave and Mitch have been great with me personally. They’ve kept me informed of the condition of my vehicles at every visit and given me a thorough breakdown of what is urgent or what can wait and to keep an eye on. If I ever want to check something they are very accommodating and will check it out for me whilst I wait most times.
If Mitch didn’t fix it, it wasn’t fixed right. Hands down easiest process to get your vehicle looked at. All of my trucks have gone through here for diagnostics- I do most work myself, they’ll pin point exactly what’s going on, give advice. Diagnostic price is CHEAP compared to other shops. This all starts with MITCH. Mitch is the best service advisor I’ve ever came across.
I brought my car in for a scheduled tire rotation and balance. I was told the service would be free, which I accepted but did raise a concern since services like this aren’t usually free. I left feeling unsure that any real work had been done. I decided to get a second opinion the next day just to confirm that my service was done the day before. So I was torn between giving a one star review or not, but in my opinion, either service that you receive from a business is either very good, which is five star or it’s not good which is a one star. My first and probably only experience with this auto shop was not a good one. We had brought our car in initially on a Tuesday and got it back the following Wednesday, so they had it for over a week. Same day auto in owasso are amazing. I needed a tire rotation and balance and they were so kind to me and gave me the service completely free. They also removed my damaged splash guard under my car for me. I will only go to same day auto from now on!
