The shop in Georgetown is only a few months old and all ready becoming bush. The crew that answers the phone and assists w/ cost break down for repairs are excellent and the shop techs are great. By the way if taking the inner loop to to-get to RUSH just by GAF energy there is a road on the southside is a nice short cut. God Bless

Rush Automotive has the absolute best service I have ever received on my car! I travel across the country and I make sure to always service my car when I’m back home in Texas! It is so cozy in the waiting area, there is a play place for kids and MANY leather recliners in front of a flat screen tv. It feels like you are waiting for your vehicle while at home in your living room! 10/10 would recommend coming here for all of your car maintenance needs!

I took my Ram 3500 dually in for an alignment. Had an appointment and they put it in the shop as soon as I got there. Very nice staff and Cameron was very helpful. The customer area is very nice but they're missing vending machines. There is a store next door that works for people to get drinks so mo big deal. The truck came out and it still pulls a little to the right. (reason I took it in). However, it's better and it may be because of the crowned roads or a bad tire. I came for a walk in to have three wheel studs replaced. Justin was super helpful and friendly. The facility is super nice with free coffee and plenty of comfortable seating. After the quote (which was unfortunately much higher than expected), I decided to take it back to the guy who messed it up in the first place to try and have it repaired for free. Took my daughter's car to Rush Automotive and had a great experience. Cameron and Justin were both professional, helpful, and clearly knew their stuff. Their service, advice, and overall professionalism made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
