Took my car in and Domingo helped me out. I could not get my new belt on my car. I left it that evening and it was done in the morning. They provided fantastic customer service (all the team members) and always updated me on what was going on. Prices are reasonable. This is the second time I have been there and it was even a better experience.. I highly, highly recommend you give these guys a call at least for a quote on your problem. I am one well satisfied customer. Thanks again to the staff, you are awesome!!!!

They were so nice and helpful. Took my kids so I was nervous on the wait time but it was pretty fast. Very happy I didn’t spend more than $100 for an oil change 🥹🙏🏻

Service was great! I was welcomed immediately. After I was assisted I was walking around seeing the decor and a gentleman thought I needed help over the counter and ran from the work area to the front counter to quickly assist. lol I didn’t need the help but it was great to see. I wasn’t there long for a tire change and balance. With the vibes and welcoming atmosphere and no long wait I would definitely be back again!

Pueblo Tire repaired two tires this week that had picked up nails. Because it was the third repair on one of the tires, I ordered a set of replacement tires, which was available the next day. There was an error made when replacing the tires, but when the manager discovered it, he called me immediately and had me come in to make it right. I appreciate their diligence, their communication, and their fairness in pricing. I heartily recommended them.

Awesome 👌 Job for the employees that work at Pueblo Tires & Service in La Feria, Texas. Even your Assistant Manager Raul was with his employees grinding & removing wheels & putting them back to the Vehicles.
