Received prompt service. While we waited for the car to be serviced we were offered coffee and sweets. The office is big with an interesting collection of antiques. Make sure you come by and enjoy their hospitality.
I had done a positive review last year as I felt the service was good. I since removed as a friend of mine was looking at my car this morning and saw I was missing 4 of the lug nuts on my wheels! Also one side of my car no longer has the manufacturer locked wheel gizmos. So two out of four tires no longer have that feature. I thank god he noticed as I am getting ready for a long distance trip I just had my one year old new tires rotated 30 days ago. I needed to replace a my tire sensor and took my ford edge to get it service at Pueblo tires. I was so happy that they made the time to take care of me in such short notice. I would highly recommend Pueblo tires for there hospitality and quick service.
Top-notch service! We stopped here during an RV road trip to repair or replace a leaking tire, based on a recommendation from the nearby RAM dealer. They didn’t have the tire in stock, but they found one listed in their distributor’s inventory and even offered to send a driver to pick it up that same afternoon. After calling the distributor, they learned it actually wasn’t available. I had a great experience here. I brought in a 2014 KIA Sorento that was wobbling at low & high speeds. Turns out I had a ball in one of the tires and another one was going bald. We worked out a great deal and so I got all 4 tires replaced and they offered a VETERANS Discount. Semper Fi.
