I called Napa and asked them to replace my transmission and they did not hesitate. They very quickly towed my vehicle from its location to their business and they were not long at all assessing it. I have never experienced more friendly customer service and so patient. I worked with both Amy and Ken who answered any and all questions that I had. Amy and her crew are amazing. Honest, tell you like it is (good or bad), with helpful advice and service you can count on. Truly customer oriented. Edited to update from my most recent service: After being in Newfoundland for 2 years, I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Fair prices, quality customer service and they treat you the same whether is been 6 months, or 6 days since you last saw them (Appreciate you Ron). Would give 6 stars if google would let me.
Really good service! I called to check on an available spot They got me in immediately. The service was fast and Friendly. Best price on an Oil Change on a Quick Look around I did. Highly recommended Will go there next time.
