James did an awesome job in explaining my air conditioner problem. He had it fixed quickly so I could make my grandson's graduation and get back home. Being an out of towner and in the middle of down town. I thought I was in for a price gouging. That didn't happen thanks to James Thank you to the mechanics for their quick diagnosis and repair.
On a Saturday morning they were the only shop open in the area. I was greeted by Johnny, who was all ears to my situation. While he was working of my vehicle James and I discussed the diagnosis and my options. I am grateful for the friendliness and professionalism they both showed me.
This Shop provided Great Services and has Great Prices. Very satisfied with the work done on my vehicle.
So why you should read this review. We were 1500 miles from home and found our tire was going flat. I was looking for tire repair nearby and reading the reviews when I came across Mike's. I called and spoke with Jamie. I explained our predicament and asked if he could help? Jamie said he'd look at it. We arrived in 5 minutes. They pulled us in immediately. They lied about services provided. I took my car to Mike's based on the great reviews. My tire pressure was very low and I needed an oil change and a safety check ahead of a 5 day road trip. The guy at the desk told me they aired up my tires and drove it around the block a couple times to make sure the pressure reading was good. He also said they checked everything over and topped all my fluids off. I asked if all this usually came with the $90 dollar oil change (I guess I should've checked the price!!) and he said yes.
