I called today and was serviced today! They service all cars including my German made car at an exceptionally affordable price in comparison to the dealership. This team is amazing. The atmosphere is pleasant and the facility is clean and welcoming. I was assisted by both Jessie and Tim. Very informative and personable. I would recommend to anyone 10/10

Customer service here was great, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and professional. However, I do have concerns about the service performed on my vehicle. I brought my fairly new car in for a routine oil change when it had only 20,000 miles on it. Shortly after the service, I noticed the "Need Oil" indication light came on. Since I had just received an oil change, I assumed the technician may have simply forgotten to reset the sensor and didn't think much of it. Had a great experience here getting my car fixed up! They clearly communicated what was wrong with my car and what would need to be repaired. I also appreciated that they sent me a digital copy of the issues that my car had along with pictures. It made it easy for me to look and try to understand what was going on! Definitely worth coming here to get your car fixed.

I had a slow leak in my tire. I called Midtown tire-Sugarloaf and they said bring my truck right in. There was absolutely NO wait time to get checked in. They got my car in, and out within 20-30 mins. Top of the line service! Best service I’ve ever experienced at a tire shop! Thank you I definitely will be back!

I will definitely say they got pretty reasonable prices but it's for stuff that you didn't need they said I needed a air filter and wiper blades that I just installed last week and then I heard the the manager I guess is the manager his name is Richard he was like yelling at one of the guys outside like outside man I felt sorry for the guy who was yelling at I don't know what he could have done to deserve that but man that just that left a bad taste in my mouth when the boss talks to his employees like that he had no respect... read more
