I highly recommend Metric Motors. They are courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable. I brought my 2020 Mercedes GLC Coupe to them for a 4 wheel alignment. I was extremely happy with the job they did. I'm changing who was servicing my 2020 RAM 1500 Rebel to them and am expecting the same quality service. Derek really knows his stuff and it shows. What a great group of guys to have work on your car. They have always given excellent service by taking time to explain everything to me, since I am not a mechanic. They have gone the extra mile and purchased windshield wipers and installed them when they discovered mine were bad. They have done diagnostic checks for free, when my light popped on and it turned out to be harmless and just needed a reset. We recently had a suspension upgrade at Metric Motors on our 12’ Ram 2500. Derek and his crew did an outstanding job! Their communication is on point and the customer service is above anything I’ve experienced in my 23 years of living in Prescott Valley. I did not realize that Dale had sold Northern Arizona off-road and four-wheel-drive. When I arrived at metric motors, I noticed the new sign and it seems they have been metric motors now for about a year. Other than the owner, talking too fast, he was extremely pleasant, courteous knowledgeable, and willing to help me even though his specialty seems to be European type cars. Derrick is extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have tried a few local mechanics before him and we are pleased with him and we will be returning, with future issues. He goes above and beyond for his customers. i would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing an honest mechanic. He also was very quick, took our vehicle in and had it less than 2 days later.
