The team was absolutely wonderful! I was informed of each of the processes that were going to take place, with explanations and visuals of issues on my vehicle. I was kept informed of the service schedule. There was full cost transparency. Customer service was also awesome. I felt very welcome and appreciated for in choosing the store. Shoutout to this team!
Absolutely amazing experience with RT Clapp in Knoxville. I got a screw in my tire and needed it fixed as fast as possible. I dropped it off at 5 PM at closing and it was ready by 7 AM the next morning. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and even offered to send an uber to pick me up car was ready. Saul was so sweet and I will definitely be coming back here for all of my car needs and I definitely recommend RT Clapp to anyone having car trouble.
Had a wonderful experience with RT Clapp. Got my timing belt changed along with another thing, and the service was very quick. Dropped it off Monday and got it back Tuesday morning. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and they have multiple options for payment which is nice also. They also gave me a 2 year warranty on what I had done, which makes me feel confident with the job done and eases my mind for if something were to happen, I know they'd come through. Yes, David was very Courteous and professional . I love the new concept of looking online and seeing what my car needed, and I was able to approve or disapprove of each of the items that needed worked on and the total that it would be before it was worked on I would recommend them I give them a five stars.
