The team was absolutely wonderful! I was informed of each of the processes that were going to take place, with explanations and visuals of issues on my vehicle. I was kept informed of the service schedule. There was full cost transparency. Customer service was also awesome. I felt very welcome and appreciated for in choosing the store. Shoutout to this team!
I've been to RT Clapp twice and had good experiences both times. Staff were very pleasant and professional. Small thing: the waiting room didn't feature a blaring TV. Nice! Big thing: I saved more than $300 having a recent repair done there instead of the shop I've been using for about 10 years. Guy at my former shop (national chain) quoted me a ridiculous price for some needed work: "The part alone costs $800." RT Clapp did the job--part and labor--for less than that. So I'm a fan.
I always have a great experience at RT Clapp which is why I go there full time for my vehicle services. The warmth and friendliness of the staff and the car they show is beyond compare. I always leave satisfied and confident that my vehicle was well taken care of at the best price possible. I 100% recommend RT Clapp.
Had a wonderful experience with RT Clapp. Got my timing belt changed along with another thing, and the service was very quick. Dropped it off Monday and got it back Tuesday morning. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and they have multiple options for payment which is nice also.
