I had an excellent experience at Jack's Brake and Alignment for my oil change and tire rotation. Brandon at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, making the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for their great service and friendly staff! Will definitely be back!
I've used Jack's on Eastern for over 5 years for all my automotive needs. This is the only place that I trust with my SUV—no pressure from Crew, and fast and friendly service. From routine maintenance to Suspension, Tire, Brake, and Electrical service - all visits have been top-notch! Brandon is awesome at showing you options to fit your needs and budget. I’d been to Jack’s back in 2016-2018 for various things: wheel bearing, brakes, muffler strap. Kevin helped me back then and everyone was always helpful, friendly and honest. Reasonable prices too. After getting a newer vehicle, I didn’t need mechanic work for quite some time, but when I wanted to have my alignment checked I knew Jack’s was the place to go. Brandon and the Eastern team always do a fantastic job fixing up my vehicle whenever repairs are needed. They get me in quickly and are very knowledgeable about the work they do. Not only do they give free courtesy inspections of your vehicle and suggest future work that should be done, but they care enough about your safety that they offer to give you a ride home if your vehicle will be in the shop for a short while.
