I had an excellent experience at Jack's Brake and Alignment for my oil change and tire rotation. Brandon at the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful, making the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend this place for their great service and friendly staff! Will definitely be back!
Been coming to Jack's for over 4 years since I moved to the QC. Kevin and Brandon at the front desk are great guys. They have always treated me well and haven't tried to sell me on things that I don't need. The main tech, I forget his name right off, has also been very helpful, Never a bad experience here. I've used Jack's on Eastern for over 5 years for all my automotive needs. This is the only place that I trust with my SUV—no pressure from Crew, and fast and friendly service. From routine maintenance to Suspension, Tire, Brake, and Electrical service - all visits have been top-notch! Brandon is awesome at showing you options to fit your needs and budget. I’d been to Jack’s back in 2016-2018 for various things: wheel bearing, brakes, muffler strap. Kevin helped me back then and everyone was always helpful, friendly and honest. Reasonable prices too. After getting a newer vehicle, I didn’t need mechanic work for quite some time, but when I wanted to have my alignment checked I knew Jack’s was the place to go. Can’t say I’ve ever left a review for a business before but thought I would for Jack’s Brake & Alignment. I haven’t had much luck at repair shops, but this shop was very helpful and transparent. Brandon was straight forward and easy to get ahold of. Fair on price and efficient.
