It took them 4 hours to do an oil change, with an appointment They said 1 1/2-2 hours and when I called back at 3 hours they had not even started on my car. The coupon was great and the staff was friendly but the service sucked.

I took a chance on this shop and took my 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP to have the water pump replaced after it started leaking. I spoke with Julio on the phone who said they had the timing sprocket tool that GM advises as being crucial to do this repair and that they could have it done within a day or a day in a half. They quoted me a decent price - only about 40$ cheaper than my local Chevy dealership, but I wanted to give a 'smaller' shop a chance, and they were able to get the car in sooner than the dealership.
