Super happy with the service I received here! Just did my 100k service on my 2016 Toyota Tacoma! They are never cheap, but super important to have done! They guys were great and did a super job! Much appreciated!

I took my car to Honest-1 Auto Care for a brake fluid exchange. They did a great job! The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating and the technician that worked on my car completed the job quickly and with great care. The dealers price was $115 more for the same service. I won’t hesitate to return to Honest-1 the next time I’m in need of auto repair.

Good service appt. Battery terminals on a new battery from a competitor were extremely corroded. Honest-1 fixed the problem for less than the toyota dealer quote. Next time, I will check their tire prices.

Where to even start!? $2400 in a repair that is fairly common on trucks (rear axle seals & driveshaft u-joint). I was a little sticker shocked at first, but they argeed to do anything with the rear brakes that might have been effected by the axel grease and gave me a loaner. All was going ok in the beginning. First flag was the cost of the u-joint repair, which I negotiated down a bit. I asked if it was just the joint or the whole shaft for that price, they said joint- $785 for a u joint!!! Come on now. They kept me up to date step by step. I took a car in that hadn't moved in 2 yrs, I knew a lot had to be done. Nothing was a surprise with them, no hidden cost, and nothing extra was done without talking to me.
