Took my wife's car in to get a misfire checked out. Mike was my advisor, and I worked with the service manager Danny as well. The guys up there did a great job keeping me up to date with the service progress on the vehicle. The car needed some unexpected additional repairs, and Mike and Danny did a great job working with me to keep the price of the repairs to a reasonable total that I was comfortable with. I brought my vehicle to Honest! Auto Care for the 1st time. I was very pleased with the service I received from Honest1 Auto Care. Service Supervisor Danny Parrish. He was very professional and did a great job of explaining in detail what repair work that was needed on my vehicle. After performing diagnostics Danny advised what repairs were needed and what repair costs would be. I had a really great experience getting my side mirror fixed here. The service was top notch; from the moment we called, the specialist on the phone was very helpful. They provided a competitive quote, ordered the parts and scheduled our appointment the same day. I was able to drop off and pick up my vehicle easily thanks to their Lyft service. The mirror was fixed within a few hours and the job was done very well. Will definitely patronize this business again
