They lost me as a customer. I had been taking my cars there for several years. During the summer, they said I needed a new transmission on the Honda for about $7,500 due to a grinding sound. I took it to another mechanic and the Honda dealership. Both of those places said that wasn’t the case and it just needed fluids or fluids flushed, not a new transmission.
