The owner came out to meet us and v to thank us for using them. The atmosphere is very refreshing! To find such caring and honest people these days is rare. Special mention: Michael and Justin are both professional and at the same compassionate. Good experience.
Such a great experience! I took my Jeep wrangler in because it was having issues and was very nervous about what the potential issue was the what the cost would be to fix it. As a girl in my 20s I’m always cautious of auto shops due to fear of being taken advantage of and upsold but Mike was very thorough in explaining what the issues were, which repairs were most important to take care of right away, and which ones could wait but should stay on my radar. Had a BMW official dealer / service shop tell me this week I needed to replace my front brake pads. Something did not seem right and I brought my vehicle to Honest1 for a second opinion. Best Shop around. Have been taking my cars here for years and the team here builds relationships, plain and simple. They are not just another shop. Cars are never just easy to deal with, but Justin, Mike and team do a great job communicating and finding solutions. Highly Recommend.
Went in and wasn’t sure what to expect, the customer service is absolutely amazing and I can’t thank you all enough for helping me out. Got my car fixed right up the same day & it looks and feels great. Pricing does seem a bit high for sure, but I really can’t stress enough, how great the customer service is Thank you again
