Had a BMW official dealer / service shop tell me this week I needed to replace my front brake pads. Something did not seem right and I brought my vehicle to Honest1 for a second opinion. Had spoken to their team a couple of times before and appreciated the direct communication. Had never brought my vehicle here or to any non company service shop before this. Best Shop around. Have been taking my cars here for years and the team here builds relationships, plain and simple. They are not just another shop. Cars are never just easy to deal with, but Justin, Mike and team do a great job communicating and finding solutions. Highly Recommend.
I just went to Honest-1 Auto Care today, and I was very pleasantly surprised. I've always taken my car to the dealer's service center, but my positive experience here has me rethinking that decision. Clean office, polite staff, fair pricing, clear communication...and complementary water/coffee/snacks...I can see why they're so well rated. I recommend them based on my experience.
Went in and wasn’t sure what to expect, the customer service is absolutely amazing and I can’t thank you all enough for helping me out. Got my car fixed right up the same day & it looks and feels great. Pricing does seem a bit high for sure, but I really can’t stress enough, how great the customer service is Thank you again
I want to share my honest feedback about my recent experience. When I first called the shop, I was told over the phone that a diagnostic would be required before a repair quote could be provided. That sounded reasonable to me at the time. Once the diagnostic was complete, I was surprised to learn that their total quote was significantly higher than expected.
