Had a BMW official dealer / service shop tell me this week I needed to replace my front brake pads. Something did not seem right and I brought my vehicle to Honest1 for a second opinion. Such a great experience! I took my Jeep wrangler in because it was having issues and was very nervous about what the potential issue was the what the cost would be to fix it. As a girl in my 20s I’m always cautious of auto shops due to fear of being taken advantage of and upsold but Mike was very thorough in explaining what the issues were, which repairs were most important to take care of right away, and which ones could wait but should stay on my radar. The owner came out to meet us and v to thank us for using them. The atmosphere is very refreshing! To find such caring and honest people these days is rare. Special mention: Michael and Justin are both professional and at the same compassionate. Good experience.
Best Shop around. Have been taking my cars here for years and the team here builds relationships, plain and simple. They are not just another shop. Cars are never just easy to deal with, but Justin, Mike and team do a great job communicating and finding solutions. Highly Recommend.
I want to share my honest feedback about my recent experience. When I first called the shop, I was told over the phone that a diagnostic would be required before a repair quote could be provided. That sounded reasonable to me at the time. Once the diagnostic was complete, I was surprised to learn that their total quote was significantly higher than expected.
