Sean, Chris and Josiah always take such good care of our vehicles. I always get great service: detailed visual inspection texted to me for review at my convenience and appointments are so easy to set. They even resolved an issue I had with squeaky brakes from a dealership. Great guys that are knowledgeable and good at what they do
I needed a tire put on same day and so I called GVT and they got me in immediately and on the rode. Side bar: I had a family emergency and I expressed that to them and they took care of me immediately. I would definitely come back for service and I would definitely recommend them.
The best communication and work quality I've ever had. From the moment we brought our 15' Traverse in, there was clear communication and very quickly they send a detailed online estimation with clear pricing and the ability to aprove work. Although our vehicle required more work then we were willing to put in, I still feel like this was the best experience I've had, hands down!
We had an amazing experience with GVT! What started as a flat tire and another business (who shall not be named) refused to service us, ended with a refreshing service from Shawn, Josiah and team. They were nice enough to squeeze us in during a very busy New Year’s Eve day. The follow up was prompt and honest. The were also not price gouging and reasonable. We will definitely be bringing our vehicles to GVT!
GVT is my trusted shop to use for all of my vehicles. I recently used them to inspect a car during its return window that I purchased (which they do for a very reasonable price). They found issues with the car that I was able to use to negotiate repair work to be performed by the dealer. They are very thorough, taking pictures and showing videos of everything.
