I wasn't sure what to expect when GVT took over from Becks, but I have been nothing but pleased with my past 2 experiences. Straight forward pricing and fantastic turn around times. The use of text messenger to notify you of the estimate and allow you to approve without a phone call was a welcome improvement.

I was in from out of town and had car trouble. My sister has used GVT Auto and recommended them. I called early a.m. and they were booked all day but still took my car in, and had it done before lunch time. Very happy with the service. Staff was very knowledgeable and courteous, and they did good work. Thank you GVT Auto.

They were able to rebuild my transmission quickly plus they did a thorough check of my van and they offered several maintenance sit. The staff was very accommodating.

Have been going to GVT Andover for over a year for service Steve and Shawn are great they take the time to explain what service is needed and are not pushy about getting services done if you’re not ready at that time. Been happy with work that’s been done so far. Highly recommend this service location.
