Called them right after they opened and asked if they had immediate availability for me to bring my car in. I was going on a road trip and needed a last minute repair, and i explained that I needed the car back as soon as possible. Josh was extremely professional and showed a sense of care and urgency and told me that they would get it done no problem. They were able to fix it within less than 2 hours which was awesome. They saved me a whole lot of time and stress and saved my road trip.
GVT continues to go above and beyond, the warranty is the best in the industry at 5 years 60,000miles chris, sean, and Josiah are very compassionate about their customers and their vehicle needs you couldn't ask for a better repair facility to count on
GVT is our favorite shop hands down! Our first time going there, they discovered that our vehicle was still under warranty and encouraged us to go to the dealership instead of doing the work for their own benefit. Since then, they've continued to give us honest advice with fair pricing. And to add to the amazing service they provide, they offered to drop our car off at our house recently when they found out we had a newborn (we live within 2 miles of the shop). We will continue to recommend GVT to anyone we know!
Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation and was very satisfied with the work. The price was great, the front office staff (Chris and Josiah) were friendly and knowledgeable. My service writer, Chris, made sure to inform me up front of the processes and costs of my visit so there were no surprises. The technician who worked on my vehicle did an inspection prior to the work and left my car very clean when he was done. I will definitely be keeping GVT in Andover in mind for future work!
Chris Beedle is the best! I’ve never been hassled or pressured by the staff, and they do a great job with their advertising and promotions. I highly recommend doing business here. It’s affordable, and they always have great deals.
