I choose Gease Monkey because they will do what I need on my custom cars. My 2013 Jeep Rubicon a turbo and is in a non stock configuration, other shops won't touch it. My 1995 Ford F150 4x4 has a 347 stroker and uses oil that don't have, I bring my own oil, no problem. They do what ever it takes to make the customer happy. What more can you ask for?
Very trustworthy. They did excellent work and we’re honest that I didn’t need my brake fluid flushed at this time. They keep their word which is really big in the auto mechanic space. And excellent prices!
This was my first time at a Grease Monkey. The work that was done on my car was excellent! I had my brakes done and I don't trust any mechanics with repairs on my car especially brakes. I walked in and they were just as kind and helpful I just knew I could trust them. The customer service was awesome! The price was awesome! I'm going back soon for another repair. I would highly recommend this particular Grease Monkey to anyone!
I went in for an regular oil change, and was told I didn't need 1 at the time. Wow I appreciate the honesty in these guys. I have a infiniti i30 my son has been working on all year. I barely drive it. But I do keep up the maintenance. It's a 2000 my baby still running. When I first moved to everett. I went to jiffy lube and was very disappointed in the service. I love grease monkey. I will be back for my regular oil change when I get to the proper mileage 😆 it's a neighborhood car, I don't drive far. Thanks Grease Monkey
I got a coupon for this place in the mail. I needed an oil change so I went and used it. Usually at every oil changing place I go, they offer to rotate my tires or check them or other services. I was willing to pay whatver but they didnt even offer. They rushed me and kept their focus on another person inside the store. The guy had a nice car but obviously made it clear he couldnt afford what they were telling him but yet they kept their attention on him.
