I had my squeaking brakes checked & oil changed. They had me in quickly after calling & were efficient, cordial & even drive it around to assure the issue was resolved. They do auto repair now & told me of an issue needing attention in the future - I will return.
Several weeks ago my Ford Ranger started to suddenly die while I was driving. After a $250 tow and paying a mechanic (who didn’t really figure out what was wrong with it) to briefly get it running again I figured out on my own that a particular fuse kept blowing. So began a week or two of sudden deaths of my truck combined with the replacement of said fuse. Enter Grease Monkey on Evergreen Way. This was my first time at a Grease Monkey. The work that was done on my car was excellent! I had my brakes done and I don't trust any mechanics with repairs on my car especially brakes. I walked in and they were just as kind and helpful I just knew I could trust them. The customer service was awesome! The price was awesome! I'm going back soon for another repair. I would highly recommend this particular Grease Monkey to anyone!
My trucks transmission, for lack of a better term, pooped the bed. The staff at Grease Monkey had the issue diagnosed, and a new transmission ordered, and installed inside of a week. The price was manageable [as manageable as you can expect a transmission change to be] especially with the wonderful discount they have for Boeing Employees or Veterans. I will be going to them for all of my automobile needs moving forward, and I would recommend you all do... read more
I have been to them for both break repairs and replacement as well as services such as oil changes. They are great. I even had to call them a few days after a repair as I thought something was off. They asked me to bring it back and did a full check and review. Most would tell you it’s ok. They actually checked.
