The guys at German Autowerks did a great job! They are very friendly and professional. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I didn’t have to wait the obligatory 10 days just to have the Oil changed in my Audi. The bonus is their shop is conveniently close to home. A+ experience!!
WOW!! Service as it should be....... I had one final poor experience at a VW dealer and was referred to German Autowerks. I spoke with Lucas and had a great experience. Problem identified, part ordered, installed and fixed within 24 hours and at half the cost of the VW Dealer. Most importantly - A great service experience, rather than waiting days to be treated poorly. I have already recommended German Autowerks to a friend and will be getting all my servicing done at their Sherwood location moving forward!!

Above and beyond! I took my son’s older Audi here to figure out some suspicious behavior of the car. Ended up having air flow and fuel pump fixed and now she runs smooth and I can already tell gas mileage will improve as result. I know they spent time figuring it out and only fixing the necessary repairs not up charging me for anything unnecessary. Amazing shop! I felt very fortunate to have found this place, I drive a Mercedes and I have learned so much about my vehicle because of Lucas he is so knowledgeable and informative and does a great job at explaining everything. I appreciate that fast appointments I am able to get and the communication before, during and after. Thank you for everything!
