Great experience! This was my first visit and it was to have a vehicle inspection on a car I was looking to purchase. I was impressed at the time they spent assessing the vehicle. Very detailed, told me possible issues and they provided pictures. Great price for the time they put into it. Chris the technician was great and Brian my service manager was equally great and even help me find additional information on Carfax about the vehicle. Excellent service! My daughter goes to UK and I had her truck serviced at a Main Street auto location in GA. On the way to Lexington the engine light came on. I was pleased to find out Fleet Doc is part of Main Street auto! The GA location called ahead and the fleet Doc guys were waiting on me and quickly diagnosed my issue (minor) glow plug not pushed in all the way! Thanks Tim! This was a great customer experience! 5/5

I’m super impressed with the level of customer service here! At the dealership, I was told I needed several services, and it was gonna cost me rent. I took my car to Fleet Doc and after inspection, I only needed to change air and cabin filters! Nothing expensive like I imagined. I’m glad I got a second opinion. There is also a kind gentleman who can take you home so you don’t wait in the shop. That was new for me and I appreciated it. I’m glad I found you all and I will be returning for future services.

I was traveling from Knoxville and had a job in Lexington, and thought my alternator was bad, as I just had a new battery put in and car wouldn’t start. Had it jumped twice, got a replacement battery, and felt that the alternator could be the culprit. So I called Brian and explained my situation, told him I needed a new alternator, and he got me right in, and was happy to do so. First good sign.
