I’m super impressed with the level of customer service here! At the dealership, I was told I needed several services, and it was gonna cost me rent. I took my car to Fleet Doc and after inspection, I only needed to change air and cabin filters! Nothing expensive like I imagined. I’m glad I got a second opinion. There is also a kind gentleman who can take you home so you don’t wait in the shop. That was new for me and I appreciated it. I’m glad I found you all and I will be returning for future services.

My car battery died on a Monday. I dropped off my car after hours, I was contacted around 10am the next morning for the scope of work, and everything was done by noon. I can’t say enough great things about Fleet Doc. I don’t trust anyone else with my car! I highly recommend Fleet Doc for all car needs, big or small!

A+ customer service. Fair prices. Honest assessments. Solid work. I usually ask them what they would do if it were their car, and I feel like they are very straightforward and helpful with their answers.

Edit for the second time:I’m giving some stars back (hopefully the rest later) bc the customer service is just phenomenal. I hadn’t even woken up yet to give them a call this morning and Devon had already called me to try and rectify the situation. I’m praying they can resolve the issue! Edit: I had to retract every star bc one week after sensor was replaced I had a slow leak of antifreeze all week onto my driveway (was scared it was oil, but placed cardboard under car yesterday and this morning I realized it was antifreeze)... read more

They were fantastic!! Super flexible with my schedule, had great communication the whole time, and replaced my brakes and rotors for a really fair and affordable price. They were also super fast and had my car done by the end of the day! They even went out of their way to make sure my car was exactly how it needed to be, if not better. Thank you again!! Highly recommend!
