Well I went to check my oil today and it was your worst nightmare. Oil was built up just below the engine and I could smell oil burning. I looked online and found this place and had a good feeling about it. They replaced the part and cleaned it up beautifully. They were so nice and professional. Joey took care of me and assured me he knew what was wrong. They fixed it and I was in and out in a couple hours. Amazing service
I had a wonderful experience at fleet doc. Brian helped me tremendously. My transmission went out and they looked at it and he explained it to me in a way I could comprehend as well as giving me options that were in my best interest. Rather than take advantage of my lack of knowledge he offered me solutions that were suitable to my needs. I’d recommend fleet doc to anyone.
These guys do honest work. I thought my radiator along with a couple of other parts needed to be replaced and once they took a look it turned out it wasn’t the radiator so they saved me around 500$. Most shops would have just replaced the part a customer is having a problem with. Fleetdoc is my new go to for auto repair!
In the last two weeks I have taken two different vehicles to Fleet Foc in Lexington Kentucky. On both visits the staff were exceptionally professional, answered all of my questions in detail and provided excellent service. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone who is in service of a mechanic.
Insanely responsive, super knowledgeable team - these guys were a god send on a cross-country road trip two days before Christmas. They were able to see us right away as we happened to be passing through town, helped us immediately fix our Dodge Sprinter van’s issue, and sent us on our way. THANK YOU FLEET DOCS!
