After a thorough search for a reliable auto service company, I stopped by Ferbers on Midlothian. I was AMAZED at how well organized and clean the entire building was from the customer waiting area to the shop and including the well manicured parking lot and grounds. This spoke volumes to me. The friendly customer service staff greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. They diagnosed my car and thoroughly explained all the findings, including parts that were out of specs. Advisors knew so much about our 2017 Mercedes Metris conversion van. Made excellent recommendations before we took it “on the road” cross Country. This will be a good fit for our van as their conscientious approach to service suits our style.
If you are looking for a professional, honest and safe place to take your vehicle for service, I wholeheartedly recommend Ferber's Tire and Auto. The office manager Michelle is so polite and welcoming. She is the best! The mechanics are easy to talk with and they answer all of my questions. I have had major repair work done and recently had an oil change at their center. After getting other estimates, their prices were the most affordable for me. They earn 5 stars.
Ferber's is always friendly and trustworthy. I have been using them (at various locations) for the last 23 years, and I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. They are always honest, and never try to upsell me on anything. I most recently got an oil change and a state inspection done, and they had the whole thing completed in under an hour. I cannot recommend them enough!!
