After a thorough search for a reliable auto service company, I stopped by Ferbers on Midlothian. I was AMAZED at how well organized and clean the entire building was from the customer waiting area to the shop and including the well manicured parking lot and grounds. This spoke volumes to me. Ferber's is always friendly and trustworthy. I have been using them (at various locations) for the last 23 years, and I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else. They are always honest, and never try to upsell me on anything. I most recently got an oil change and a state inspection done, and they had the whole thing completed in under an hour. I cannot recommend them enough!!
Ferber's is a great place to have any mechanical work done to your vehicle. Advisors knew so much about our 2017 Mercedes Metris conversion van. Made excellent recommendations before we took it “on the road” cross Country. This will be a good fit for our van as their conscientious approach to service suits our style.
These guys are fantastic. Came in with a pretty major A/C issue with my 2019 WRX. There was an initial misunderstanding about what they needed to look for, but when I explained the problem, they went back, looked deeper (no additional charge), and found the issue which was a seizing air compressor.
