I broke my 4x4 truck axle. Had it towed to Ferber because they did good regular service on my wife's vehicle. Allen and Scott were attentive and maintained constant communication with me about my repairs. This was a week long project. Their professional demeanor and honesty has earned my trust.
I’ve been using Ferber’s Auto Service for years, and they’ve always taken great care of me. I was excited to see their new location on Hull Street when it was time for my vehicle inspection. If you haven’t tried Ferber’s yet, I highly recommend stopping by. You won’t be disappointed.
I had an oil change done here and the whole process was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and professional, and everything was handled smoothly. I’ve also used their other locations before and have always had a great experience. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them.
This was my first experience with Ferber's and I was satisfied with the service. I appreciated their consistent communication regarding my vehicle. I went for an oil change, and they suggested other recommendations. Took my wife's subaru in for service had a wonderful experience. Firstly, pricing was very reasonable, work was completed in a timely yet professional manner. Whats more is Scott and Allen provided excellent customer service, very accommodating. One of the other managers Rick even called as a follow-up just to ensure we were satisfied. I cannot recommend Ferbers enough; Ill be taking any of my autommotive needs their way from here on out.
