Very friendly and quick service I brought it in on Monday and they had it back to me that next Thursday! The only problem i had (which with how busy they are is understandable) is that I had to call to get updates about my vehicle. But as far as the work the AC worked better and cooled faster then when I brought it in. I appreciated the full inspection of my car and pictures showing what they checked. They definitely know what they're doing. My car runs perfect. Very friendly and accommodating. They even gave me a ride to and from their shop by an exceptionally nice, friendly, and safe driver. If my car was having problems, I would have 100% confidence in knowing that Faith was the best place to go. Unmatched professional service and car repair knowledge. Their mechanics are good. The service I have received at Faith Automotive has been amazing. Not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they were able to get me back on the road in a reasonable amount of time. I have had work done there twice now, and I will definitely be back with any repair needs. I would highly recommend them for any issues you may experience.
This visit was excellent! They thoroughly walked me through all phases! The visit to pick up and pay was simply outstanding! I know Victoria was there and I’ve forgotten the gentleman that did the closing but he was so professional and had an awesome attitude which gave me a good idea of his personality and character! If those two are not there in future, it will be hard for me to go back! Thank you 🙏
So disappointed.. I spend 800 dollars then my car broke down couple days later. The shop said ," you should of spend the 1500 $ to get all ur spark plugs replaced. Yes 1500$!!! The 800 wasn't enough for them to do the whole job!!!! Don't go here if you value your dollar.. they will over price every thing then charge you for storage if you don't have all the money.
