these guys are GREAT! they were honest, and did the work needed on my car in a very timely manner. my car was having trouble with very intermittent starting. they fixed one prominent issue, and we felt like that may have fixed my issue. as it turned out, on a very cold morning the car failed to start again. I've had the same issue with my truck for years. I've taken to two different shops over the past 3 years with no success. My first time going to Dowdy's & now I won't be going anywhere else. They helped me with my main issue on top of identifying others that have never been mentioned to me before. Don't waste your time or money going anywhere else. Top notch shop. You see the same folks each time, Taylor and Brandon. Tells me they like working there. Super professional and explain exactly the whys and hows and how much. They are my go to shop. The waiting and reception are is sparkling clean. Highly recommend Dowdy’s.
I use Dowdy's for all of my vehicle repairs. They are never pushy but are extremely thorough and make recommendations on the items that they find that may need repaired. Every repair they have done has been complete and without any further attention. This makes me feel comfortable with all of my vehicles and that they will run in tip top shape.
Finally! A reliable mechanic! Took my Subaru here for a second opinion on some things. Super glad I did! They let me know the real deal on what was going on and gave me reasonable quotes , NO pressure. No upsale. No bells or whistles. Def glad I found them. Not super fast, but they are thorough and trustworthy.
