Excellent service! The team is responsive and listens to your auto needs. They are quick to schedule an appointment with service repair completed extremely timely. I loved the app to review service recommendations and the option to check/select what is authorized for repair. The app is super easy to use. The Dowdy's team provided images in the app. Team Dowdy's, thank you!

This place is amazing. Taylor and Co. are honest, helpful, kind, and totally sincere. I've been using this shop since moving here in 2010 and it's the first and only place I go. They do just what you need, nothing you don't, and no pressure or unnecessary upselling. They are trustworthy and straightforward. Highly recommend.

I came in from out of state and my headlights were not adjusted correctly from elsewhere. The 2 men that came out to adjust them for me were so polite and professional. They came out and adjusted for no charge. Thank you so much. I thought I was going to have to get an appointment but did not. I would highly recommend do business with them. Thank you so much.

Dowdy’s is THE BEST! These are the people you want to look at your car if you’re having a problem. I’ve loved them for years and send everybody to them. Absolutely top-notch.

AAA towed me there no charge. Engine overheated from a blown hose. Dowdy’s did a complete diagnostics on the car. Was fixed the next day! Less than 24 hours! Very friendly and courteous. They will now be my go to mechanics!
