these guys are GREAT! they were honest, and did the work needed on my car in a very timely manner. my car was having trouble with very intermittent starting. they fixed one prominent issue, and we felt like that may have fixed my issue. as it turned out, on a very cold morning the car failed to start again. I use Dowdy's for all of my vehicle repairs. They are never pushy but are extremely thorough and make recommendations on the items that they find that may need repaired. Every repair they have done has been complete and without any further attention. This makes me feel comfortable with all of my vehicles and that they will run in tip top shape.

Top notch shop. You see the same folks each time, Taylor and Brandon. Tells me they like working there. Super professional and explain exactly the whys and hows and how much. They are my go to shop. The waiting and reception are is sparkling clean. Highly recommend Dowdy’s.

Finally! A reliable mechanic! Took my Subaru here for a second opinion on some things. Super glad I did! They let me know the real deal on what was going on and gave me reasonable quotes , NO pressure. No upsale. No bells or whistles. Def glad I found them. Not super fast, but they are thorough and trustworthy.

Dowdy's performed an excellent diagnostic of a fume smell on my older (2002) Pontiac. They were able to find and repair a leaking fuel line causing the smell, and gave feedback on other issues which should be addressed (some of which were handled at that time). Great service, great communication, would highly recommend.
