These guys are top notch. They have now done two of my vehicles and they did not disappoint. There was a small issue with my pickup this time, a misunderstanding having the rear differential oil changed. I didn’t need it done because it had been done less than a year ago. The guys at Dowdys are truly amazing, I’ve recommended this Dowdys location to multiple friends and family. In fact I travel past at least 2 other Dowdys locations on the way to make it to my preferred location. I have used Dowdy's to diagnose an issues before and my prior experience was good and I know they are very busy right now, so I am giving 4 stars and some grace but also want people to be aware to get all information up front on potential additional costs associated with a diagnostic being done.
