I came to get my car fixed while coming down to LA to visit family (it had been a while that I brought it into a shop so I had a feeling that there would be a lot wrong with it). The mechanics fixed my car to above and beyond my expectations! The technicians also took the time to tell me what was wrong with the car and explain what was needed to me. Truly professional service! Special shoutout to Eddie Flores for all his help! I will definitely be coming back next time I am in town.

I took my 2021 Audi A5 in for an oil change. Everyone who works there was friendly and professional! The work was done when promised and absolutely no up sell. Euro Car Clinic charged me $80 total and my Audi Dealer wanted to charge me $129 plus tax for an oil change. The shop manager, Doug, even gave me a lift home since their FREE shuttle was unexpectedly delayed. Outstanding customer service and a job well done! Thank you Euro Car Clinic!
Thank you Jacob for resolving a concern that I had . I have been a customer at the location for years. I was able to share some feedback and I truly feel that he was receptive . Looking forward to the progress of the location.
They purposely answer then hang up the phone or don't answer at all to avoid customers?? Wouldn't recommend!
