I took my 2021 Audi A5 in for an oil change. Everyone who works there was friendly and professional! The work was done when promised and absolutely no up sell. Euro Car Clinic charged me $80 total and my Audi Dealer wanted to charge me $129 plus tax for an oil change. The shop manager, Doug, even gave me a lift home since their FREE shuttle was unexpectedly delayed. Outstanding customer service and a job well done! Thank you Euro Car Clinic!

They purposely answer then hang up the phone or don't answer at all to avoid customers?? Wouldn't recommend!

Someone had tried to steal my car! I first called and spoke to Ken. I had been to the local dealership and was very weary of mechanics being a single mom. Ken and Sal were extremely professional! They really made me feel comfortable from beginning to end! They really helped turned a horrible situation into a great experience with their company! I highly recommend to everyone especially single women that are looking for a trustworthy company!
