Don’t trust the out the door price! Was told one number, but ironically when I showed up, they had to do an alignment. I don’t mind getting an alignment, but that’s not the out the door price. Possibly mention that you might need an alignment and if so, it will be this much. I left my vehicle overnight to be picked up in the morning and at 8 o’clock but It was just being put on the rack. *UPDATE REVIEW* Not even two months later one of the tires went flat! Employee told me it’s covered and of course 6 hours later after I dropped off the car they told me it’s not covered. So, now I have to pay another $120 and waited an entire day to get these awesome news! (Original review) Condescending, rude and aggressive sales vultures that will try to take every penny from you. Never going to a Dobbs ever again.

Took my car in for safety and emissions. They failed my car on the safety portion for a CHIP in my windshield. Not a crack and not in my line of sight. When I questioned him about it he told me it was sharp and I could cut myself. I don't know why I'd be running my hands over my windshield. He then says, well it could mess up your wipers. Ok and are you buying replacements? He then tells me my tires barely passed. I woke up late for my Safety and Emmissions testing. They could have easily told me I would need to reschedule. Andrew was able to help me work out a quick rearrangement for a new same day appointment and was very patient while doing so. Thank you Dobbs!

I called earlier in the week for my front brakes to be replaced (at 20%) and a oil change for Saturday. Wanted to make a appointment but he told me to bring it in early morning. So I woke up early to get it up there and he told me it would be done at 5 and I said that's unacceptable so then he told me 1 . It make a long story short I finally got my car back at 2:30 and all they did was change the oil.
