I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. I had an appointment for 8:00am to wait for the service to be completed. They got the car in right away to start the service. After about 2 hours, I was wondering why it was taking so long but decided to be patient and give them a chance to do their work. I went to Dobbs couple days ago to purchase a new battery. To make a long story short, Austin double checked because he wanted to make sure it was charging. He tested and found that it was not tight enough, so we did not need to buy a new one. Then we told him that we also had a warning light that would not go off. He spent another hour researching and found that the last person that scanned our car did not erase the search. He then reset it and everything is perfect!! We ran over a jagged rock and blew our tire right out. This Dobbs was the closest & could get us in the fast est . Thank God for Jason & his team for helping us get back on the road safely! They got us a good tire! Highly recommend for quality service and they do it good.

I have used Dobbs 157 Edwardsville location for years on multiple cars. When Terry was the GM things were great, they always took great care of us. Now, we take vehicles in and it’s multiple days to get things done, they always try and up-sale on items they claim are needed. Every vehicle needs an air filter (even on a new vehicle), they claim tires need replaced when they don’t, and if you make an appointment, you might still be waiting hours. Michael was absolutely wonderful. I had tires put on my Jeep he made sure I got the best prices. He has a great attitude and and a great smile to go with it. He's very accommodating while you wait.
