Visited this Dobbs location and came in for an oil change and the manager Michael was great help. He explained every detail and gave great advice on what service I needed and why. He offered water and store was so clean and the service was fast. The price was great and I will recommend coming to this location again in the future. Nice and friendly guys here that do great work. I will be spreading a word to more friends and family
First off, the staff is receptive, informative, and professional. They are the best part of this business. You’ll walk away feeling secure. I know sometimes it’s hard to trust your mechanic but they stand behind their work. I want to give a huge thanks to the tech Ray and manager Dimitri. My battery was shot when I came out of work. I called Dobbs Tire and Auto Center the next morning. They got my car jumped and to their center right away. They did a thorough diagnostic check, determined the battery needed replaced, and performed the service quickly and at a reasonable price. This is most definitely the place to come to and get oil change etc etc, The price is Great but thr people are even GREATER, Such Amazing Customer Service, Michael Clark and his team were so attentive, knowledgeable and SUPER friendly, treated us as we were family! From now on this is my forever spot for my car...
