This is my second time having work done on my car at Desert Auto and it was, as was the first time, a great experience. I am an old lady, driving a nearly 20 year old car and, if there was ever someone with "mark" written all over them, it's me. I mean, these folks could have told me I needed to replace my air conditioning unit completely and I'd have been none the wiser and just had to accept that. But they did no such thing. Ryan was fantastic! I dropped off my car and they were able to get it fixed ahead of schedule the next day! Fantastic communication from desert automotive. I got a call each step of the way for the repairs. Very easy to call and get a quote. Will be back again!!!
Desert Automotive was recommended to my husband and I when my 4Runner broke down. Ryan was so knowledgeable and transparent. He promised me they would call me as soon as the parts came in and that's exactly what they did. He explained everything throughly and honestly and we appreciate that so much. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with. I highly highly recommend Desert Automotive . I will go nowhere else.
I took my van to Desert Automobile, I went because he heard a grinding noise, my son explained the problem, I arrived at 7:30 am, they took my information, they told me the supposed problem, they gave me the cost of the repair $1,250.38, I left the van and they told me they would call me, they called me around 4 pm and they told me that the part the van needed had arrived, and that they would call me early the next day, the next day I was waiting for the call and they never did, until my son called at 11 am and the reception... read more
