I had an outstanding experience with Henry at Conrad's. I called the day before to let them know I had a tire with a nail in it and explained that I was on a tight schedule because I needed to get back to work as quickly as possible. From the very beginning, Henry was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help. He went above and beyond by offering to drive me home while my tire was being repaired and then pick me back up when it was finished. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. I went in for an oil change and new brakes. I spoke to Josh, he was so informative and professional. I was told by a dealership that my brakes were bad, but they weren’t. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I will absolutely be back!

Had to have a tire replaced, went to Conrad’s and had a very nice experience. Ordered the tire and had it installed the same day.
