I had an outstanding experience with Henry at Conrad's. I called the day before to let them know I had a tire with a nail in it and explained that I was on a tight schedule because I needed to get back to work as quickly as possible. From the very beginning, Henry was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely wanted to help. I was having issues with my brakes but wasn't sure exactly what the issue was. I went to Conrad's and Henry was there to assist me. We talked through the different components that the could be causing the issue. The mechanic put the vehicle up and diagnosed everything, then Henry discussed the issues found and showed me on my car as well what the issues were. I went in for an oil change and new brakes. I spoke to Josh, he was so informative and professional. I was told by a dealership that my brakes were bad, but they weren’t. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I will absolutely be back!
