The Norton Road Conrad's in Hudson is my goto place for general automobile maintanence and repair and my only location i go to for new tires. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work, the friendliness of the staff, and the reasonable prices. This time i had an oil change and air filter (engine and cabin) replacement. Service was fine, and they do a good job. The prices have really gotten out of hand and it’s a little frustrating to be shown the price, but then have it up charged about 7 bucks for ship supplies. That might be a common proactive, but it’s gotten to the point where I will look for other options.

They were very busy but I got in 10 minutes before my appointment. My car ran as if it were ban new. Came in for free tire rotation which is part o.f the plan when you buy new tires. Decided to get oil change as well save myself a trip to dealership, so pleased. Saved time and money!!

I’ve taken my car to Conrads on several different occasions. The work was exceptional. They got me in and out within 45 minutes to an hour. Matter of fact I brought in to get an alignment 15 minutes later it was done so yes I would recommend Conrads to anyone that wants good service on a timely fashion.

From from start to finish, the service was excellent. I was greeted promptly and professionally updated throughout the tire replacement and left completely satisfied with the installation and service I received. Mr. Roger Dillon was especially helpful and a very handsome man that you should use in your TV and billboard advertising.
