Want to share a very positive "Five Star" rating for this location and in particular to Will, who did a great job getting tires on my grandaughter's vehicle. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything went well and to the extent he put top rated tires (4) on the vehicle and altered us to a major savings with that tire. We (family) have used Conrads at numerous locations including Medina, Wadsworth, Parma and now Hudson. Keep up the good work. George N.

Went to have my tires replaced. Good thing I didn't let them. Mechanic said he couldn't get tire off without breaking the stud and would be $250 to replace. Went to Leipold in Stow and they got it off without a problem. I even mentioned what Conrads said and they said all I need was new lug nuts and the tire wasn't an issue to get off.

This was my first time at this location, bringing a fleet vehicle in for a maintenance routine check and oil change at first the facility is clean and somewhat looks professional the staff was friendly until I came across Adam. Apparently, at this location, customers that are pre selected by management Are allowed to stand by their vehicles in the shop. Technicians alerted me to wearing front brakes during my routine oil change and were able to repair them the same day.

While they took good care of me replacing the wiper blades inexpensively on my wife's Kia, the reality is all the tires are imported. I couldn't find a single one made in America on display. See photos
