My axel snapped out of the blue and AAA towed my car to this shop as they had the soonest availability to work on my car. BEST. DECISION. EVER! Roger was kind, patient, understanding, and honest. I was quoted on what it would take to get it drivable vs things that could wait if I didn't have the finances at the moment. When something changed (needing an extra part) after I was quoted (meaning the price went up), Roger honored the quoted price. I’ve taken my car to Conrads on several different occasions. The work was exceptional. They got me in and out within 45 minutes to an hour. Matter of fact I brought in to get an alignment 15 minutes later it was done so yes I would recommend Conrads to anyone that wants good service on a timely fashion.
I’ve been taking my vehicles to this Conrads for more than 20 years and have almost always received excellent service at reasonable prices, and have never had a significant problem with their work. Staff (including Adam, in contrast to the negative review he received below) have almost always been very polite and professional. Highly recommend this place!
The guys at Conrad’s Hudson location are always friendly and professional. I had a tire sensor go off in my 2022 HRV and they found a nail in one of the treads that neither my husband or I could see. They are always fast and very trustworthy. This location will always be a first choice for my cars! Thank you Conrad’s Hudson!!!
Second time getting an oil change, they do get you in and out, but Will may be not the best person to deal with! Got the Ultimate Oil change for 99.95, which the price was no issue, like I said this was my second time coming for this service, so I knew what I was walking into. However during my wait, Will tells another customer over the phone, that the same oil change is only 89.95, because of a special. Why didn't Will apply this to my bill up front as well?
