I just visited this location for the second time, and honestly, the best service in Cleveland Heights, hands down! I had a quick emergency after realizing I had a nail in my tire. I called about 45 minutes before closing, and Hasan answered the phone. He told me that if I was in the area, to get down there before they closed and they literally waited for me! As usual anytime I come here. They are very reliable and attentive to any of my concerns. With the visit that I had just 2 days ago they were able to get me the specific tires that I wanted in quick and get me out the door as well. Very staff friendly. At the same time, I always advise anybody that comes to this place to be patient because they are busy servicing others that may have brought their vehicles ahead of time. It is important to note that I did not pay for a service, but Hassan offered a free diagnosis after telling staff I had a daylight/fog light I needed replaced. I already had the bulb and they notified me they couldn't get under the car for installation, but Hassan walked me out to my car on an extremely hot day and helped assist me because he "didn't want me wasting my money." I appreciate this when good service is hard to find these days. Him and the rest of employees were nice and helpful.

Terrible experience would not recommend anyone going here. Online booking is useless at best. Booked days in advance for oil check and looking at brakes. I got no calls to reschedule. Dropped my car off the evening before while they were still open. I asked them how long it'll take. They said they will definitely call before they close at 6pm tomorrow. Overall I had a very positive experience at Conrad’s in Cleveland Heights. The staff was friendly and my needs were addressed in a timely manner. I did experience a few bumps in the road, however the manager Luis Acevedo took the time out to talk to me, address my areas of concern, and rectify my issues to the best of his ability. I truly appreciated the effort, genuine concern, and customer service that he and his staff exhibited. I’d recommend this location and this team.
