Overall I had a very positive experience at Conrad’s in Cleveland Heights. The staff was friendly and my needs were addressed in a timely manner. I did experience a few bumps in the road, however the manager Luis Acevedo took the time out to talk to me, address my areas of concern, and rectify my issues to the best of his ability. I truly appreciated the effort, genuine concern, and customer service that he and his staff exhibited. I’d recommend this location and this team.

As usual anytime I come here. They are very reliable and attentive to any of my concerns. With the visit that I had just 2 days ago they were able to get me the specific tires that I wanted in quick and get me out the door as well. Very staff friendly. At the same time, I always advise anybody that comes to this place to be patient because they are busy servicing others that may have brought their vehicles ahead of time. they do not honor online scheduling! I scheduled online for a 7:30 Am appointment and they did not even get me in the garage till 5:15 pm, 45 Min before closing time so all i got was a $43 "Visual inspection" to tell what i already knew as to why i brought it in, just so i could get my key back to My Own property! i had the feeling i was not given any importance at all!!! Had i not paid the scam fee they would have im sure tried to hold my car and police would have had to be called ... i just paid it because i dont have ... read more

I recently visited Conrad’s Tire Express & Total Car Care in Cleveland Heights and had a great experience. The staff was professional, the shop was well-organized, and the service was top-notch. I especially want to highlight Elijah, who took the time to ensure everything was done perfectly. His expertise and clear communication made the process smooth and stress-free. I had a great experience here. The staff were so kind and do great work. I did have a small issue on my car after leaving, but I called the next morning and they got me in immediately to fix the problem. Any car troubles I have in the future, I will bring it here!
