I went for an inspection and had great customer service! Samantha at the front desk was very kind and friendly and helped my young kid be entertained too! Thanks for the good service!
The best service i ever received!! Everyone is so nice and they go above and beyond about their customers! …. I went to 4 different locations for an oil change no one would help me that was until I got to Conrad’s! They didn’t even have the filter for my car they went out of their way to get me one from the auto shop i appreciate their team and hard work ! This is the place for your vehicle!! Highly recommended I will be spreading the news everywhere! Thank you guys so much !!!
Great, friendly customer service. Fair pricing and honest technician. They went above and beyond to take care of my breaks, rotors, air conditioning compressor and a fuse in the horn. Will be back for all my auto needs. Thank you for the great service!
Excellent experience! I needed new brakes and was also having trouble with my car after running something over in a road construction area (leave it to Pittsburgh summer road work!). Samantha was incredibly kind and helpful. She truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was ready for an out-of-state trip. Not to mention, it was the fastest service I’ve ever had on my car. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and great to work with. I highly recommend them!
My F150 started making brake noises from the rear end while I was out of town over the weekend. Since I am going back out of town tomorrow, I was hoping to get my brakes serviced today. I called Conrad’s at 7:34 this morning and spoke with Samantha, the manager. She was very pleasant and when I asked if they could fit me in she told me to come right in. When I arrived, Samantha was ready for me. The technician, Matt, came in and talked to me briefly while she was preparing my paperwork. Both were professional and friendly. ... read more
