Great service! I went to City Tire & Auto Repair a couple of weeks ago because of a dash board light indicating attention need with my tires. When arriving I was immediately greeted by two very nice and professional gentlemen who put me at ease about the car. It was taken into the garage area a short time after I arriving and the diagnosis was a simple replacement of a sensor. I waited for the repair which was about an hour. They were very thorough and professional. They made sure to keep me informed and up to date on what was going on with my vehicle as well as the warranty/insurance company. I would definitely recommend using them for your car repair needs.
I’ve used City tire and auto repair twice in the last year for two different cars. They’ve been very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant to work with. They have modern tools and look out for the customer and are very happy to describe the diagnostic process and why they recommend what they did. I would definitely go there again in the future!
Came in 5/17 for a suspension inspection and was assisted by Marc. He kept me informed throughout the time I was waiting on a busy Friday morning. Thankfully, all I needed was a wheel alignment after going over a parking barrier. I should have requested a preventative maintenance inspection instead to make sure there were no other issues with my vehicle since the suspension components were only assessed.
