Highly recommend this place for all your auto repair needs. Experience here is you definitely are family here. Staff is both knowledgeable and thorough while explaining all dealings with your vehicle. They have a whole system set up to keep you informed about the diagnostics of your vehicle. City Tire has been fantastic for us and we’d recommend them to anyone needing auto service. They’ve serviced our van a couple times now and they’ve always offered fair prices, excellent communication, provide recommendations without pressuring any additional work, and are sure to check in every step of the way. Traveling through Chicago on our way home from ND, our alternator quit working. This shop went above and beyond what we could have expected. Because the alternator had to be ordered in we needed a place to stay the night. One of the employees was very helpful in finding us a hotel to stay in, and even booked an Uber driver to get us to the hotel and wouldn't let us pay him for it. They did excellent work on our car. If we lived anywhere near this shop, we would definitely use them to repair our vehicles.
Love how knowledgeable and kind this place is. I brought my car in for a brake inspection and quickly they let me know I was good and not only that, I was charged a reasonable price when they could have charge me full price for a general inspection.
