Great service! Very accommodating when my schedule suddenly changed. Great waiting room for non drop off stays! TV and computer work spaces; you can work and log on to WiFi while your car gets work done! Friendly crew and good prices! Will use again and highly recommend!
I recently had a fantastic experience at City Tire and Auto Repair. After my SUV’s tire was severely gashed by the rough streets of Chicago, I needed a replacement ASAP. I called multiple shops, but they were the only ones who had my specific tire in stock. The service was exceptional—quick, efficient, and done correctly. I was in and out in about an hour. Highly recommend this place for their reliability and speedy service!
I unfortunately was introduced to Chicago’s many potholes and had to get my car towed to get it looked at. These guys were all amazing, very friendly, straight forward and efficient. They were upfront about the price and completed the job quicker than I would have expected and had excellent communication throughout the whole process. I could not recommend them any more highly, and will definitely be coming back for any future issues
Great service! I went to City Tire & Auto Repair a couple of weeks ago because of a dash board light indicating attention need with my tires. When arriving I was immediately greeted by two very nice and professional gentlemen who put me at ease about the car. It was taken into the garage area a short time after I arriving and the diagnosis was a simple replacement of a sensor. I waited for the repair which was about an hour.
