Highly recommend this place for all your auto repair needs. Experience here is you definitely are family here. Staff is both knowledgeable and thorough while explaining all dealings with your vehicle. They have a whole system set up to keep you informed about the diagnostics of your vehicle. I had an excellent experience. Very reasonable quote a lot more reasonable than my car dealer. I got my oil pump replaced and brakes, It was a big job. They are very professional through and did not try to upcharge me etc. I will come to them for all my auto repairs in the future. Close to Dan Ryan. The Team at City Tire is great. They care about their clients and are in the business of taking care of everyone that walks through the door or calls into the shop. 1st time there this morning 11/07/2025 When I walked in my initial thought was another shop although clean and quiet in the customer waiting area but as I sat waiting on my vehicle is when I noticed what is special about this shop setting above others I've visited. Let me tell you the customer service was at a high, the fact that I seen the gentleman at the counter know and interacting with EVERYONE in there was remarkable to me ( let's me know they've been there for a while and these customers were repeat ).
