Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional,friendly & efficient. They inspected my vehicle, found the issue and explained everything clearly. This place is fantastic! I had to get a tire change, and the entire team was amazing. Bobby is very knowledgeable and genuine, and really cared about me and my car. The mechanics were all super helpful, and sent updates with photos. They got me in and out in one day. Typically when I go to dealerships or other shops, they have to order a new tire that takes at least a week to come in. But they ordered my tire and had it ready the same day! My suv was making terrible tweeting and rattling noise so I did some research, coming to the conclusion that conclusion that I needed a new serpentine belt. I saw this shop was not only close to my house, but had excellent reviews, so I brought it in on a Thursday. The lobby is very clean, well-stocked coffee station, a few TVs, spacious waiting area. City tire is top notch. I bring my Toyota tundra here for all repairs and service. Wonderful, personable customer service, no pressure to overspend, good prices, and fast turn around. Dealership shop was killing me and I’ve never looked back since trying city tire . Been 4 years now.
Came in a few weeks ago for an oil and filter change and was told, during the diagnostic, that my drive belt was worn and in need of replacement. The only supporting documentation of this was a blurry photo of the mechanism. A couple hundred I wasn't planning on spending but okay, fine. Approved the replacement and a bit later was told that I needed to "start praying" because the tensioner bolt was stripped and if a break happened, my car "wouldn't move."
