I had an excellent experience. Very reasonable quote a lot more reasonable than my car dealer. I got my oil pump replaced and brakes, It was a big job. They are very professional through and did not try to upcharge me etc. I will come to them for all my auto repairs in the future. Close to Dan Ryan. Im glad to have a good local car shop to go for repairs. I highly recommend. DC

Highly recommend this place for all your auto repair needs. Experience here is you definitely are family here. Staff is both knowledgeable and thorough while explaining all dealings with your vehicle. They have a whole system set up to keep you informed about the diagnostics of your vehicle. Mark, Allen, and Bobby have been taking care of my wife and my cars for over 10 years. I love how they embrace technology, send pictures of work required, clear explanations of what needs to be done, after hours drop off/pickup, digital / phone payments, and have fair pricing for their services. Top notch crew with high quality work. Everybody has "their people"... and say "I gotta guy"..... City Tire IS my people and are my guys!
Outstanding customer service and expedient vehicle service! Brought our car in after our catalytic converter was stolen—City Tire & Auto Repair handled all the negotiation with our insurance for us, and it was all fixed up in a week. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back for future auto mechanic needs!
