Very impressed and glad about the experience I had. I had an unexpected flat tire on the highway and quickly exited. Understandably, I was a bit rattled. They were so kind, efficient and reasonable. I was so happy to have my terrible experience eased by their friendly and efficient service. Also, the waiting room is actually nice; some places feel like the waiting room of an ER. CT&A is a very impressive garage. After my daughter had her catalytic converter stolen, they helped us get her back on the road. They are thorough, honest, respectful and caring. My daughter told me she mostly loved that they didn’t talk to her like she was just some dumb girl. I’d give them more stars if I could just for that.
The Team at City Tire is great. They care about their clients and are in the business of taking care of everyone that walks through the door or calls into the shop.
