During my visit I received the same outstanding, expert service I come to expect from this business. I waited in their comfortable waiting room, while they serviced my car, which was ready even faster than they predicted. A terrific experience overall!
I came in without an appointment to buy new tires late on a Friday afternoon, and since they didn't have my model in stock, said they would order them for me. They texted me when they came in (the next business day!) and I came right over to have them put it. It took a little longer than promised, but service was excellent and the shop has a welcoming and friendly vibe. Also clean and bright. Highly recommend.
My Monday morning started with catching a huge screw in my tire, but I’m so glad I found this shop. I was frustrated when I walked in, and Mark and the other front desk guy were so pleasant and immediately made me feel like it would be a good visit. The comfy and clean waiting area and the snacks helped, too. They repaired the tire and had me on my way in less than an hour! It was nice to learn they’re a full-service shop rather than just a tire shop. I may have found a new go-to mechanic.
Car problems are the worst, but having a place you fully trust with safety and transparent pricing makes all the difference. We've been going here for 12+ years. Marc, Alan and the team are top notch just good guys. You'll be taken care of here and will enjoy a few laughs with them, too!
It was a great experience even though I was dealing with an unexpected expense. I was immediately informed of the diagnostic cast and when they would contact me with the results. I dropped my car off in the morning. I received a text with the results, photos, and cost in the afternoon. The work was quickly down. The staff was polite and kept me well informed. I will hood back.
