Excellent service from start to finish! The team was professional,friendly & efficient. They inspected my vehicle, found the issue and explained everything clearly. My suv was making terrible tweeting and rattling noise so I did some research, coming to the conclusion that conclusion that I needed a new serpentine belt. I saw this shop was not only close to my house, but had excellent reviews, so I brought it in on a Thursday. The lobby is very clean, well-stocked coffee station, a few TVs, spacious waiting area. This place is fantastic! I had to get a tire change, and the entire team was amazing. Bobby is very knowledgeable and genuine, and really cared about me and my car. The mechanics were all super helpful, and sent updates with photos. They got me in and out in one day. Typically when I go to dealerships or other shops, they have to order a new tire that takes at least a week to come in. But they ordered my tire and had it ready the same day! I dropped my truck off over at City Tire for some repair work. They're communication is excellent. They diagnosed my issue, sent me photos, and informed me of the repair costs very quickly. After picking up my truck, it's driving with no issues, and the price I paid was reasonable!
