Had a great experience from my initial phone call to picking up our car after being serviced. We were on a tight schedule to get our car fixed and Mike was incredible, from our first interaction until we were done. They now have an official customer as I will definitely be bringing our cars here for continued service!
Honestly, getting repairs done at the shop when you know you can handle some of them on your own but time and blah blah… Carlsbad Auto Service was able to do a last minute Brake job when my brake line when out on the way to work. Next day delivery, and they didn’t try to upcharge me on their repairs that they brought to my attention but weren’t necessarily road concerns. I appreciate med that very much! I had my old 1995 Jeep Wrangler towed there as it would not start. They received it without me there, kept it garaged (no top) and were very communicative through the diagnostic and repair process. Repairs done in a reasonably quick timeframe. Price seemed on par with another quote I got. Although pricey, it was necessary and expected due to the labor involved. Notably, I felt a sense of trust, customer service, and speed that my former shop was no longer delivering.
From my first call to the office through picking up my car, this has been the best experience I've had with any mechanic/service. Zarina is amazing. Jamie is awesome. My car had an oil leak, pressure seals not working, sludge in my engine... they work on my car like it was their baby. They kept me informed every step of the way. Service was for a faulty airbag light issue. Steering wheel removed. New part fixed all indicators on VW Golf. Honest opinion. Geniuses work here. Fair prices. No up charges here. Clean shop. Woman owned. Merci;-) VW runs like new;-)))
