Just got an oil change but got quotes for a bunch of stuff I need done. They were super nice and helpful and took me into the shop to show me everything that was going on with my car. You’re paying for a quality repair and quality experience by people who care and know what they’re talking about. This is a shop I will have all of my work done at. Highly recommend

Jermy and Sherman you guys are the best. The mechanic who worked on the car too did an amaing job. I don't always leave reviews but these guys right here. 100 percent recommend anyday of the week. If you are in the baltimore area stop going to dealers if you have a vw or BMW. Honest and patient. They got my 2010 gti back on the road in less than a week at an affordable price. I used Baltimore Motor Works “Book Online” for my vehicle inspection appointment. Everything went fantastic. It was completed on time. They even drove me back to my house and picked me back up so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby. Took about a hour. Got all the emails from MVA that it was completed and received the inspection certificate. Great bunch of employees. They have water and a coffee machine. Cleanest lobby I’ve ever witnessed in the automotive repair industry.
To say that I’m pleased with the results,service and personal attention is an understatement! My 2006 330ci is my baby and she was in dire need of a facelift. I always took impeccable care of her but made the horrible mistake of using discount Royal Farm car washes. They literally scraped off the top coat and paint to almost bare metal on the hood and trunk.
