Props to Keith and his crew for meticulous work and attention to detail. I had routine service and tire/wheel mount job performed on my 2025 G87 M2 and the result was perfect. Special attention was paid to mounting wheels without damaging the finish and they even color matched the wheel weights which just really tells the story about how passionate they are when working on these cars. What a great experience we had with Baltimore motor works!!! The service is fast and they know what they are doing. The customer service is phenomenal. Very kind and trustworthy!!! I was searching for an alternative to the Mini Cooper dealership and I think I have found it at Baltimore Motor Works. The staff was very professional, courteous, knowledgable and honest. They didn't try to sell me service that I didn't need, and their prices are very fair and affordable. The mechanic who worked on my car actually took the time to explain what he did and why. I highly recommend this shop!

I recently purchased an used electric Mini Cooper, and wanted to make sure everything was okay. I called "Baltimore Motor Works" spoke with Jeremy, told him "I was a little concerned this would be my first maintenance check and was quoted an astronomically high price at the dealer for an Electric vehicle -Brake Flush. "He assured me that he could do the brake fluid flush and vehicle inspection for me, I cannot say how much of a price difference I was quoted but, I was extremely happy.
