It is an early Wednesday morning, after getting my coffee I called the office to see if they were able to take my car for a State Emissions exam. The gentleman on the phone, kind and welcoming, told me they could take my vehicle, no problem. The lobby in this auto shop is impeccable and pristine. The auto bay looks just as clean!! Overall the customer service here is great and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this place for the early birds.
The team at Auto Check Park Row are always top notch. Been bringing our cars to Joe for decades. Their team got with my extended warranty folks to get our repairs taken care of, only cost to us was our deductible. Great service every time!! 10 out of 10!!
Mr. Ly & Mr. Joe are phenomenal at this location. My boyfriend and I trust and value their recommendations for all our car needs. I love their complimentary vehicle inspection report they send you with pictures and details that outline the service you need done and the things you should be on the look out for in the future.
