This was my first time coming here and I am very happy of the service I received. Mr. David helped me and he was nice. My car is repaired 100%. Very happy with the job! Will come back for my oil change. Highly recommend!
Good service but be prepared to pay higher prices. I edited the review because in my recent visit, they have extra charges of $13 'shop supplies' applied to my oil change. Later, I went to another shop to get the HALF price I paid for the same synthetic oil change on another vehicle. They still have fast service for the state inspection though but then I usually pair it with oil change. Looks like they will lose a return customer unless they are more transparent on the fees...
I've been an Auto Check First Colony customer for many years now, but never have I been more impressed than I was with my most recent repair experience this week. I brought my Infiniti QX80 in for what I knew was a bad compressor. What I DIDN'T know was just how thorough, persistent and adamant my service advisor (David) would have to be as he fought with my warranty company on my behalf. It had been awhile since my last visit a few years ago, but my boyfriend has never been here before. My dad still comes here from time to time. Auto Check never fails me, they always provide excellent service. I hope the employees stay around, they are always friendly.
