This was my first time coming here and I am very happy of the service I received. Mr. David helped me and he was nice. My car is repaired 100%. Very happy with the job! Will come back for my oil change. Highly recommend!
Two weeks ago I had an appointment for oil change at 8 a.m. and it took them 3 hours to complete the job. I wanted to give them another chance since I had been a customer for 15+ years. I left my car for my 8:30 a.m. appointment for breaks replacement. I was very clear to Andrew (the owner was present too) that I needed my car at noon. It had been awhile since my last visit a few years ago, but my boyfriend has never been here before. My dad still comes here from time to time. Auto Check never fails me, they always provide excellent service. I hope the employees stay around, they are always friendly.
I've been an Auto Check First Colony customer for many years now, but never have I been more impressed than I was with my most recent repair experience this week. I brought my Infiniti QX80 in for what I knew was a bad compressor. What I DIDN'T know was just how thorough, persistent and adamant my service advisor (David) would have to be as he fought with my warranty company on my behalf.
