I have been consistently satisfied with the service and price/value I have received from Auto Check over 4 years. It is rare to find a shop that gives a fair quote in writing and never tries to pad the estimate with extras you don't need. They research and find the best, most cost effective solution. I called the shop and spoke with the service writer about an issue I was having with my vehicle on a Friday and expressed my concern with potential safety issues going on a long trip Monday. The noise didn’t start happening until Friday. They asked me to go ahead and bring it in and they would fit it in. After review, they showed me the issues and provided a detailed estimate which I was happy to accept. Our first visit to Auto Check and we were wonderfully surprised to see such excellent customer service. Received our car after service in time promised. They helped us prioritize upcoming work to keep our older vehicle in good shape. Very well run, honest, and reasonable prices!

I am extremely satisfied with Auto Check First Colony! I have never had car service as excellent and efficient as this repair shop. Their team of repair technicians were very professional. Joe Serawan is the best! He ensured all of my vehicle concerns & issues were diagnosed & addressed while also going the extra mile by ensuring I had transportation during the repair process.
