He exemplifies what great, positive customer interaction and service should be in the customer service industry. He is cheerful, polite, and very respectful. Recommended by a family member. They had no issue with working with parts I brought. They noticed a larger issue while doing the work and provided a reasonable quote. They also worked with me to get the brakes down which I had planned on getting done later. After picking up the car I heard a grinding noise.
