It had been awhile since my last visit a few years ago, but my boyfriend has never been here before. My dad still comes here from time to time. Auto Check never fails me, they always provide excellent service. I hope the employees stay around, they are always friendly.
My AC stopped working and I came across this place while looking for a near by mechanic shop. They were very understanding and prompt. I appreciated their honesty and ability to “ dumb” down the issues so I can better understand it. Customer service and quality of work is 10/10. Will definitely be coming back if need more services in the future .
Two weeks ago I had an appointment for oil change at 8 a.m. and it took them 3 hours to complete the job. I wanted to give them another chance since I had been a customer for 15+ years. I left my car for my 8:30 a.m. appointment for breaks replacement. I was very clear to Andrew (the owner was present too) that I needed my car at noon. This mechanic shop has by far been the best. Most of all Kevin, He has explained everything to me and has been amazing this entire time, he’s been super patient with me as well. He’s 100% gone the extra mile for everything. I will recommend this Auto Check to absolutely anyone. I will come back no matter what and have them work on my car. They’ve done a fabulous job with everything. Thank you guys for taking care of me!
I was impressed with Auto Check First Colony customer service and expertise I what they do. My car was pulling to the right and left when I increase speed. I was told by two other buyers sinews that I needed new tires on front and another said front end alignment. I followed through with both recommendations and the car was still pulling.
