Sold me a bad caliper that damaged my new rotors and were very difficult to take care of the damages it caused me. It is clear that they don’t care for the customer at all. They have no parts in stock so it takes longer than other shops for your car to be ready and if they damage your vehicle they won’t tow it back to their shop it is up to you to solve the problem. These guys are great and very punctual. I was a walk in to the shop after I got stood up at Brake Check (I waited and was never helped). They got me right in for an alignment and I was out of there in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
My first time to stop at this shop for state inspection and was promptly serviced (diesel). I forget the Advisor's name but he was very pleasant and professional and happy to get me in/out. Front desk and waiting area was clean and nicely decorated (rather than the bare wall corporate look). Will have to try their mechanical service in the future.
I've never had a bad experience with the team members at my favorite auto shop. Shout out to Andrew Perez the service advisor keeping me informed every step of the way while my car was being serviced. I also like the automated txt quote service that itemized my cars needs with individual prices that I could approve or deny so they could start the work. Very happy customer.
My girlfriend brought her car in for a synthetic oil change on an SUV and they charged her 100 dollars, which is ridiculous on its own but we didn’t ask for the price before it was done. However, she needed some other work done and when we asked the price it was clearly marked up significantly. When I pushed back the guy at the counter admitted he had checked the “up-charge for labor” button and he could lower the price for us.
