⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Wise Car Care Eldridge. I spoke with Adeel, the manager, and he was incredibly helpful and professional. I had my brakes replaced, and he took the time to clearly explain everything, which I truly appreciated. With so many quick-service shops focused on speed, it’s refreshing to find a place that values communication and customer comfort. I started to hear my back brakes making a noise, I stopped in and they took my car in right away evaluated it, showed me pictures of what I needed to have fixed, with a reasonable price, offered me a ride home. I.opted to stay in the comfort of their nice clean comfortable lobby and they had my car done in about a little more then an hour. I was able to Google pay and I was on my way with confidence. Took my car here to get my brakes worked on and it was a great experience from start to finish. Staff is friendly and accommodating; they don’t pressure you into adding on extra services while still giving you thorough recommendations and transparent pricing. I took my car to Wise Car Care to replace the engine oil filter adapter gasket and for a full oil and filter change, and they did an awesome job! The Team was professional, friendly, and really knew what they were doing. They explained the repair clearly, got it done on time, and made sure everything was cleaned up and running perfectly. The leak I was dealing with is completely gone, and my engine sounds smoother than before. I highly recommend them for your next service.
