I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the air‑suspension system inspected, and after the evaluation it turned out the entire system needed replacement. When Abeel checked Mopar pricing, he discovered the parts were extremely expensive and not in stock. Instead of giving up and wanting to save me money, he spent two full days calling around to find genuine Jeep parts at a better price and available immediately. He located the parts in another state and arranged to have them shipped within three days. Before placing the... read more

I’ve taken my 2020 Lexus 350 Rx to WISE AUTO CARE twice. The first time occurred a few months after I purchased my car in 2026. The driver side A/C stopped blowing. I took it to Westside Lexus. I was told the problem was a defective actuator located behind the dash and given a quote for $3,000 for the repair. A few days later, I took it to Wise auto Care for a second opinion. I went in for a simple alignment and somehow ended up spending over an hour with Eliana, the service advisor. She gets 5 stars from me. The vehicle's suspension had already been inspected, repaired, and rechecked prior to the alignment. The alignment was the final step in completing my recent suspension repairs. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Wise Car Care Eldridge. I spoke with Adeel, the manager, and he was incredibly helpful and professional. I had my brakes replaced, and he took the time to clearly explain everything, which I truly appreciated. With so many quick-service shops focused on speed, it’s refreshing to find a place that values communication and customer comfort. They allow you to wait inside and actually take the time to walk you through the work being done. That made a big difference for me. Wise Car Care h... read more

I visited Wise Car Care based on reviews saying that the people there are reliable and trustworthy, which is exactly what I experienced. Although I only had a quick inspection done to my car that was having issues, the process was quick and easy. Josh was fair and honest with pricing and options, which made me feel comfortable with taking my car problems to Wise Car Care again in the future.
