⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Wise Car Care Eldridge. I spoke with Adeel, the manager, and he was incredibly helpful and professional. I had my brakes replaced, and he took the time to clearly explain everything, which I truly appreciated. With so many quick-service shops focused on speed, it’s refreshing to find a place that values communication and customer comfort. It was my 2nd time here. 1st was for a State Inspection. Went great - no issues. I was having issues with my regular mechanic so I decided I would bring my Audi in for a front end brake job. Called to get a specific brand for my car ordered and found out that Brembo doesn’t make the size I needed. No problem for the Wise Guys since they were able to find me a different brand and my car was done rather quickly. All good and I will be coming back. Thanks for coffee.
Very helpful and professional staff, glad to have my truck’s brakes replacement and wheel alignment done at Wise Car Care. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.
I started to hear my back brakes making a noise, I stopped in and they took my car in right away evaluated it, showed me pictures of what I needed to have fixed, with a reasonable price, offered me a ride home. I.opted to stay in the comfort of their nice clean comfortable lobby and they had my car done in about a little more then an hour. I was able to Google pay and I was on my way with confidence. Fast and quality service, I visited the wise car care for the first time. The receptionist was very nice and friendly, shop and waiting area was very clean. I needed oil change, balance and rotation all completed less than 45 minutes. I definitely use their services If I happen to be in the area. Good job
