Allied Automotive is incredible! I brought my beloved Jeep to them after being quoted an astronomical price at the dealership for my AC repair! They not only provided a loaner for me while getting my Jeep fixed, but they also provided detail reports throughout the entire process and kept me updated and informed while they worked on my car. Very impressed with my experience at Allied Automotive from start to finish. I was able to schedule my service on line. They offer waiting in shop, a shuttle (5-mile radius), or free rental car. The process was easy and efficient. My car was serviced at the scheduled time. I got oil change, alignment, and battery replaced among other items. I received a detailed report of issues related to my car - including pictures. Then an estimate with prices clearly listed which allowed you to approve/reject each item. Amazing experience. Took a chance to try a new place and it was a blessing in disguise. The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. They give you detailed pictures and even videos of the things they are working on and also give you updates through text or call. They work with you and have multiple ways of payment. I highly recommend anyone who needs an honest and modern place to fix their vehicle to try this place out!
Great experience! Friendly staff all around. Adam was wonderful especially! He was very informative and hands on with keeping me up to date on the progress of my car being worked on. He gave reassurance on the work that was being done to my vehicle as well as what was recommended. Their follow up system through text on what the condition of my vehicle was amazing.
