I came across this company due to the incredible reviews on Google, and here I am now writing one of my own. From start to finish, I am yet to come across a handful of companies in ANY industry that are as well-organized, professional, courteous and provide as good a communication as Allied Automotive. I am truly amazed at how kind, professional, and customer-focused the staff at Allied Automotive are. From the owner, to the service tech, to the front desk staff, everyone was kind, communicative, and congenial. They rushed to help out when my son’s car broke down on his way back to school, and I can’t thank them enough for going above and beyond to help us in our time of need. I highly recommend Allied Automotive to anyone who needs a trustworthy and genuinely helpful service shop.

It was a great service, a little bit pricey but the quality was outstanding, you can't deny that. Like, I could set up an appointment online, left my car sunday night with the docs, paid online, picked up Monday evening. They just made it so convenient for busy professionals and parents like myself. I love that it was so technological and convenient to do everything. On 12/22 I brought my 2016 Subaru Outback in because of several dash alerts appearing. They correctly diagnosed the root cause coming from a failed transmission solenoid and recommended a total replacement at a cost of $8,700. I came away thinking a total replacement was my only option…and was thinking that I would trade it in as is…and get very little for a car with a failed transmission. Had my service appointment about a month ago. I have never seen such good service from anyone. They kept me informed about everything. They let me know everything that needed to be done and the things that should be done based on mileage. They even sent pictures showing these things. Very impressed with what and how they kept me informed. They have a new customer now.
