Service is great car runs really well. I'll be back in July for another oil, change struts, and have my brakes checked out. After at least 10 years of bringing my cars in, all of you are still the best.
Dropped my car off for a free inspection when my wheels started making sounds, they produced pictures and a link texted to my phone with all the things they checked and recommendations. There was no pressure to work with them and they were very honest and trustworthy. I went for a second opinion and ultimately came back to do my brake repairs here. Also they have a great warranty which is great peace of mind for going forward.
Chris and team did a great job fixing my blinder. I accidentally put a few gallons for gas in my diesel tank. UGH. They drained, flushed the system replaced filter and then they followed up with me a few days later to make sure all was going well. The follow up is refreshing customer care that is missing these days. Kudos to Ace!
I recently had what could have been a major issue with my car—the drivetrain warning light came on, and I barely made it into Ace Auto. I’ve been going to them for years and trust them completely. Friendly and fast service for my Honda CR-V. The work needed was explained, itemized, and quite literally thousands of dollars cheaper than what the Honda Service Center in Bellevue quoted me whey they inspected my car. My car runs smoothly now and I feel much safer. Highly recommend!
