I had an amazing experience with Ace Auto Doctor & Repair. The parking brake on my truck became stuck on and I couldn’t drive the truck. I Google searched a mechanic shop close to me who has good reviews and I found Ace Auto Repair. Dustin and crew are solid folks. Willing to work with you on the right mix of work for the vehicle. We’ve had a variety of cars/trucks 2002-2020 vintage and they are adept at them all. Pleasant staff demeanor. Use of technology to communicate with customers and inside the cars, is just like the OEM dealers. Took my 2022 Blazer there for a diagnosis for message that said (steering assist reduced) But they were more interested in up selling me a oil change (that was one day past the date on the sticker. But it was still 1500 miles under the recommendation) also wanted to sell me a cabin filter. It was replaced less than 2 months ago. Also change all the fluids. This vehicle has only 44000 miles. On our way from IL to CO, our alternator (and then our battery) died as we were driving from IL and entering IA. The staff at Ace Auto Doctor found the parts needed and got us back on the road that same day! They were even willing to stay late if needed, just to help us get back to resuming our road trip. Luckily they didn’t need to do that, but they did take the time to run a final inspection before sending us on our way. They were amazing!
