I had an amazing experience with Ace Auto Doctor & Repair. The parking brake on my truck became stuck on and I couldn’t drive the truck. I Google searched a mechanic shop close to me who has good reviews and I found Ace Auto Repair. I called them and spoke to Nikki who was very helpful to me so I arranged for my truck to be towed to their shop. Great customer service! Everyone I dealt with at Ace was friendly and professional. Andy did a great job of communicating with me throughout the process of getting some needed repairs on my truck. The diagnostic information (including pictures) was a nice feature. Will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Dustin and crew are solid folks. Willing to work with you on the right mix of work for the vehicle. We’ve had a variety of cars/trucks 2002-2020 vintage and they are adept at them all. Pleasant staff demeanor. Use of technology to communicate with customers and inside the cars, is just like the OEM dealers. For a person that generally utilizes the larger dealership shops, I was apprehensive in using this shop and only did so due to my AAA representative recommending my vehicle be towed there. I was greatly surprised at how responsive the Ace Auto Dr team was in getting to my van and discussing alternatives for service recommendations. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Took my 2022 Blazer there for a diagnosis for message that said (steering assist reduced) But they were more interested in up selling me a oil change (that was one day past the date on the sticker. But it was still 1500 miles under the recommendation) also wanted to sell me a cabin filter. It was replaced less than 2 months ago. Also change all the fluids. This vehicle has only 44000 miles.
